Products & prices
All the products are handmade and are available exclusively online through the website. Prices depend on used material (daily price) and product weight.
Prices / shipping costs / payments within Switzerland and Liechtenstein
Shipping costs and packaging are not included.
The dispatch takes place by A-post and by registered mail.
Sending letters by smaller products up to 250g costs 3.40 CHF.
Parcel shipping for larger products up to 2kg costs 11.00 CHF.
Delivery Switzerland
The standard delivery time is usually 14 business days, weekends & holidays are not business days. If this period is exceeded, you will be informed immediately by email or phone.
Express orders are possible by prior arrangement.
Delivery International
All international business is subject to Swiss civil and commercial law. The regulations of international private law are expressly excluded. Shipping abroad is always made by prepayment in advance. You will receive the information with the pro forma invoice.
The prices do include Swiss value added tax. Please note that the statutory VAT in the respective country is due upon receipt of the goods and must be paid by the customer. Any customs duties or bank charges are also borne by the customer. Please note that shipping to the EU / USA usually takes 5-10 days longer than domestic shipping.
The costs for postage and packaging will be calculated individually.
Right of withdrawal
An order can be canceled at any time. Custom-made products and discounted goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of K.aRts until they have been paid for in full.
Guarantee
Should the products show defects, which are reported in writing within 5 days of receipt of the goods, they will be replaced or repaired under guarantee.
Normal signs of use are excluded from the guarantee
Refund policy
After receiving the purchased item, the right of refunding expires. In cases of broken items, the customer has the right for a refund within a period of one week after receiving the item. All items returned this way are checked by us. For a return shipment, the insurance rests with the customer. If the goods are lost during shipping, no credit can be issued.
Place of jurisdiction
The contracts are subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the seat of K.arRts in Zurich, Switzerland.
